Senior software developer

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join us in a Senior Engineering role, taking active ownership of architecture, code quality, infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production reliability.

Key Responsibilities Lead full-stack development across React, Next.js, Type Script, Node.js, Python, and SQL. Build, optimise, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment. Support Docker containerisation, infrastructure-as-code, cloud deployment, and environment management. Diagnose production bottlenecks, lead root-cause analysis, and implement resilient fixes. Mentor less-experienced developers through architectural guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate would be Pragmatic about trade-offs between shipping speed, code quality and system stability. Comfortable owning ambiguity — able to diagnose an unfamiliar system under pressure. Generous with knowledge; makes the developers around you better. Improvement-minded — you automate the thing you have had to do manually three times.
