Senior Software Developer - Oracle OIPA
Salary: ₱85,000 – ₱100,000 per month
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong experience in Java, Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, and insurance systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA), particularly in Product Setup and Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and improve software applications.
Configure and enhance Oracle OIPA applications.
Work on insurance modules such as Product Setup, Claims, Premium/Billing, and Policy Servicing.
Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs.
Write and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries and work with XML.
Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance.
Collaborate with business, QA, and development teams.
Review code and provide technical guidance to team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of software development experience.
Strong knowledge of Java, Oracle Database, and SQL/PLSQL.
Hands-on experience with Oracle OIPA development and configuration.
Experience with life, group, or health insurance systems.
Knowledge of policy administration, claims, premium/billing, and policy servicing.
Experience in Product Setup and Claims modules.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and Git.
Experience in healthcare or financial services is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
