Position Summary
The Government Services Integration Cluster is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer specializing in Oracle Siebel CRM to design, develop, configure, integrate, and maintain complex Siebel Public Sector solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business and technical requirements into scalable CRM applications, developing integrations with enterprise systems, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and supporting system enhancements and implementations.
The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience with Siebel Public Sector, Siebel EAI, EIM, Siebel Open UI, RESTful and SOAP web services, and enterprise-level CRM architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and maintain large-scale Siebel Public Sector CRM solutions.
Translate business and technical requirements into detailed technical specifications and working applications.
Develop and customize Siebel applications using Siebel Open UI, PM/PR scripting, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Design, develop, and implement RESTful and SOAP web services.
Configure and maintain Siebel EAI, EIM, Siebel e-Services, Siebel Remote, SMARTScript, and BI Publisher.
Integrate Siebel CRM with external enterprise systems, middleware, gateways, and third-party applications.
Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, including Oracle OID, GO-PKI, and Public Secure.
Configure multi-organization data structures, data visibility, picklists, and Lists of Values (LOVs).
Develop and execute unit testing scripts, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve system defects.
Support ETL data migration from legacy systems using Siebel EIM and custom data loaders.
Perform Siebel installation, configuration, deployment, and application troubleshooting.
Review and modify product installation scripts, including encoding, testing, and debugging.
Ensure compliance with AODA, WCAG, and accessibility standards.
Prepare technical documentation, architecture designs, build books, and implementation procedures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
Provide post-implementation support and participate in technical design walkthroughs.

10+ years of experience designing, developing, and configuring complex Siebel Public Sector CRM solutions.
10+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel Public Sector 8.x.
10+ years of experience with Siebel EAI, EIM, web services, data transformation, and enterprise integrations.
10+ years of experience with Siebel e-Services, Siebel Remote, SMARTScript, and Siebel BI Publisher.
5+ years of experience customizing Siebel Open UI and PM/PR scripting.
5+ years of experience developing Siebel SMARTScripts and task-based UI.
2+ years of experience configuring Siebel IP 20.x.
Experience with Siebel Repository, ADM, Workspace, and parallel development.
API Development and Integration
6+ years of experience designing and implementing production-grade REST APIs.
5+ years of hands-on experience developing SOAP web services.
5+ years of experience developing REST-based integrations.
Experience with RESTful API architecture, configuration, versioning, and deployment.

Work Arrangement
Location: 40 St. Clair Street, Toronto, Ontario.
Work Model: Fully onsite.
Schedule: Five days per week onsite.
Contract: December 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027.
