Senior Software Developer to the CEO
Summary
Build and maintain custom software and AI agents for the CEO, integrating LLMs and automation into executive workflows and decision-support systems.
To qualify for this position, you need:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Software Development, Cloud Computing or Artificial Intelligence will be advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in software development.
- Experience developing enterprise applications using modern technologies.
- Experience integrating AI technologies and automation into software solutions.
- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders will be advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Executive Software Development
- Design, develop and maintain custom software applications exclusively for the CEO.
- Build secure, scalable and high-performance web, desktop and mobile applications.
- Develop executive dashboards, reporting platforms and decision-support systems.
- Rapidly prototype and deliver software solutions based on the CEO's strategic priorities.
- Maintain high-quality, well-documented and maintainable code.
AI & Automation
- Work closely with the Head of AI to implement AI-powered solutions for the CEO.
- Develop AI agents that automate executive workflows, administrative processes and strategic initiatives.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into the CEO's applications.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to enable AI systems to securely retrieve and utilise company knowledge.
- Build intelligent assistants that improve executive productivity and decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications.
Systems Integration
- Develop integrations between the CEO's applications and internal business systems.
- Build REST APIs and automation services.
- Integrate cloud platforms, AI services and third-party applications.
- Ensure all executive systems are secure, reliable and highly available.
Innovation
- Partner directly with the CEO to convert business ideas into innovative software solutions.
- Collaborate with the Head of AI on AI architecture, standards and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve executive efficiency through technology and automation.
- Support the continuous evolution of the CEO's digital ecosystem.
