Senior developer at a Dhaka-based cloud tech firm who customizes Zoho CRM/Zoho One solutions (Deluge, APIs) and builds full-stack apps with PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Next.js/Node.js. On-site role (12 PM–9 PM) that also includes guiding junior developers and owning project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Zoho CRM and Zoho One solutions using APIs, Deluge, and custom functions.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and custom applications.
- Work on full-stack development using modern backend and frontend technologies.
- Design and develop scalable custom apps and business automation solutions.
- Effectively use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
- Guide junior developers and take ownership of technical implementation and project delivery.
Requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and full-stack development.
- Experience with PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js/Node.js or similar technologies.
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Deluge, or Zoho APIs will be a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc. as part of the development workflow.
Good to have:
- Fluent English speaking and writing is preferred. Writing blogs is plus. [not mandatory]
- Team planner and work alone with team.

Benefits
Salary: Tk. 35,000BDT to 60,000BDT (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
Salary Review: Yearly
Working hour/Days: 12 PM to 9 PM
Weekend: 2 Days (Saturday/Sunday).
Working Location: Dhaka, Dhanmondi.
