Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to act in the technical leadership of teams, supporting the definition of architectures, the development of scalable solutions, and the dissemination of software engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Technically lead the development of solutions, supporting architectural decisions and the resolution of technical challenges;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at all stages of the development cycle;
• Promote best practices in development, quality, security, and observability;
• Encourage knowledge sharing through code reviews, documentation, and technical sessions;
• Contribute to the evolution of architecture, reusable components, and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Informal (or formal) leadership stance/experience
• Mastery of Java (17+), Spring Boot, and microservices architecture;
• Experience with REST APIs, automated testing, relational databases, and NoSQL;
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ), CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS);
• Familiarity with architectural patterns and development best practices (DDD, SOLID, Design Patterns, among others).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Angular, Spark, and Analytics solutions;
• Knowledge of data platforms, BI, and modern data architectures.
• Knowledge of AUTHENTICATION technology solutions, such as Passkey, biometrics, oAuth, verifiable credentials, and others.
