Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project‑specific software tools and codebases.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver timely solutions.
- Optimize software architecture for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Support the setup of test infrastructure during New Product Introduction (NPI) and Mass Production (MP) phases.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software with hardware systems.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing testing software for 3C products.
- Familiarity with the Atlas2 platform and scripting language development (e.g., Python, Lua).
- Experience in building and deploying manufacturing software solutions is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and system design principles.
- Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is required (spoken, written, and listening) to communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to adapt to dynamic project needs and timelines
