Develop and maintain project‑specific software tools and codebases.
Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver timely solutions.
Optimize software architecture for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Support the setup of test infrastructure during New Product Introduction (NPI) and Mass Production (MP) phases.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software with hardware systems.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in developing testing software for 3C products.
Familiarity with the Atlas2 platform and scripting language development (e.g., Python, Lua).
Experience in building and deploying manufacturing software solutions is preferred.
Strong understanding of software architecture and system design principles.
Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is required (spoken, written, and listening) to communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
Willingness to adapt to dynamic project needs and timelines
