Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable healthcare technology solutions. This role involves complex problem-solving, system design, and collaboration in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications
Build microservices-based architecture using Java and Spring Boot
Develop RESTful APIs and cloud-native applications
¢ Participate in system design and architectural discussions
¢ Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applications
¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and QA
¢ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code quality
¢ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
¢ Follow Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Required Qualifications:
¢ Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
¢ 58 years of software development experience
¢ Strong experience in Java
¢ Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices
¢ Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms
¢ Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
¢ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
¢ Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
¢ Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have:
¢ Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)
¢ Exposure to healthcare domain or HIPAA compliance
