Senior Software Engineer

Job purpose:

Develop / Maintain / troubleshoot the eFlow product and also provide support to customers as and when needed.

Core responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of the eFlow product
• Tech stack upgrade as needed
• Security vulnerability fixes to make sure product is secure and compliant with security norms.
• Supporting customers and fixing customer issues on priority and providing hot fixes when needed
• Other duties as assigned. (Mandatory)

Required experience and skills:

• 6+ years in building the enterprise java applications.
• Solid working experience with Spring / Spring Boot REST services, including security and JWT
• Strong SQL skills against relational databases (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL); comfortable diagnosing query and schema problems
• Front-end development with Angular (latest), TypeScript, RxJS, and a library component such as PrimeNG or Material
• Comfortable with java script and JS libraries like jQuery
• Ability to design, review and implement new features
• Experience in using AI technology for quick turnarounds
• Comfortable in a Windows + Linux dev environment, Git, Jenkins-style CI, and producing release artifacts (WARs, JARs, installers)
• Good troubleshooting experience
• Ability to talk to customers over calls.
• Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal) required (mandatory for customer-facing roles)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the print, MIS, packaging, or manufacturing software domain
• Quartz Scheduler, WebSockets (Tyrus / Jakarta), JMX
• Crystal Reports, Salesforce integrations, AWS SDK (S3)
• Multi-tenant SaaS, license/entitlement systems, on-prem deployment patterns
• Internationalization / translation pipelines
• Authoring or maintaining developer tooling (CLI, VS Code extensions, automation harnesses)
• Cryptography fundamentals (RSA, JWT signing, key rotation
