Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure for AI/ML workloads, including training, inference, and data pipelines.
- Implement and manage cloud‑based services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to support AI operations.
- Develop and optimise containerization and orchestration solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for AI applications.
- Build robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI services.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to understand their infrastructure needs and provide efficient solutions.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the stability and performance of AI infrastructure.
- Contribute to the selection and evaluation of new technologies and tools to enhance our AI platform.
- Ensure security best practices are implemented and maintained across the AI infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to establishing engineering best practices within the team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a significant focus on infrastructure development.
- Proven experience building and managing large‑scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Hands‑on experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tools for managing the ML lifecycle.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions).
- Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and system design skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote team environment.
