Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable AI/ML models and algorithms.
• Build and maintain production-level AI/ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Contribute to the architectural design of AI/ML systems and platforms.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and other team activities.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (e.g., Python) and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related AI/ML services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
