Senior Software Engineer, AI Trading
Summary
Build and maintain iOS/Android mobile apps for a crypto exchange, integrating AI tools and DeFi protocols while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You design and build end-to-end mobile systems across iOS and Android, apply crypto and blockchain knowledge, ship maintainable production-quality code, break complex projects into executable tasks, align cross-functional stakeholders, conduct code reviews, apply AI coding tools, provide mobile engineering expertise, influence decisions with data-driven insights, and participate in interviewing and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end mobile systems across iOS and Android
- Apply crypto product, blockchain, and market knowledge to deliver scalable solutions
- Ship production-quality code with documentation and test coverage
- Break down complex engineering projects into executable tasks
- Align cross-functional stakeholders toward project completion
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Apply AI coding tools to accelerate development and improve code quality
- Provide subject matter expertise on mobile engineering projects
- Share project updates and influence decisions with data-driven insights
- Interview and onboard new team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience shipping production-quality mobile code on iOS and/or Android
- Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or React Native
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments
- Experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows
- Prompt engineering
- Agent orchestration
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols, wallet integrations, or on-chain data
- Experience contributing to open source projects or shared code repositories
