Attributes We Value
We hire successful builders with founder-like energy who want real impact, accelerated learning, and true ownership. You bring strong role-related expertise and sharp thinking, and you’re motivated by our mission and operating principles. You move fast with good judgment, dig deep with curiosity, and make decisions from first principles, balancing speed and rigor.
You’re humble and collaborative; turn zero‑to‑one ideas into real products, and you “get stuff done” end-to-end. You use AI to work smarter and solve problems faster. Here, you’ll tackle complex, high‑visibility problems with exceptional teammates and grow your career as we build the future of global banking. If that sounds like you, let’s build what’s next.
This role is based in Singapore.
What we’re looking for
Essentials
5+ years of experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems or infrastructure platforms.
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including distributed systems, memory management and networking protocols.
Proficiency in Java, Kotlin or Go.
Hands-on experience with, or a strong desire to work deeply in, technologies such as Kafka, Flink, Spark, Kubernetes or OLAP engines.
Experience taking complex technical challenges from initial design through production stability.
Experience with performance tuning and systems internals, including state management, checkpointing and exactly-once semantics.
A track record of providing technical leadership through architecture decisions, design reviews or mentorship.
Curiosity about AI/ML infrastructure and real-time systems, with a focus on creating tangible business impact.
You’ll thrive here if
You’re comfortable owning the roadmap yourself.
You’re comfortable with ambiguity. Give you a problem, not a prescription, and you’ll run with it.
You hold yourself to a high standard even when no one is watching. Quality and accountability aren’t external expectations, they’re internal ones.
You connect dots across functions and hold the big picture without losing grip on the details.
You simplify complexity rather than hiding behind it.
