Our flagship product, AirDroid, is trusted by over 50 million users worldwide, offering MDM, remote support, file transfer, screen mirroring, and parental control across personal and enterprise product lines.

Our latest platform, GoInsight.AI, is an enterprise AI automation and collaboration product built on a native AI architecture — unifying multi-agent orchestration, automated workflows, and secure knowledge integration into one governed environment. This role contributes to both AirDroid's core Android products and the GoInsight.AI Android client.

## What You Will Do

1. Develop and maintain Android features across AirDroid personal, enterprise, and GoInsight.AI product lines, balancing performance, battery life, UX, and security.
2. Build and iterate on GoInsight.AI's Android client — including AI chat interfaces, agent interaction flows, and workflow execution views.
3. Integrate AI development tools (Cursor, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, etc.) into daily workflows to accelerate coding, review, and refactoring.
4. Research and implement AI Agent features, including tool use, multi-step reasoning, and LLM API integration.
5. Learn and implement WebRTC protocols; trace AOSP source when needed.
6. Develop SDK APIs and write developer-facing documentation.
7. Conduct code reviews focused on quality, maintainability, and testability.
8. Collaborate with UX, back-end engineers, and PMs to deliver reliable, well-crafted implementations.

## Required Skills

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. 5+ years of Android application development.
3. 7+ years of overall software development experience; solid grasp of data structures and algorithms.
4. Strong Kotlin skills; solid Java and Android SDK foundation.
5. Familiar with MVVM / MVP architecture patterns.
6. Experienced with Git and code review workflows.
7. Hands-on with OkHttp3, Gson, Dagger/Hilt, Coroutines/Flow; experience with Jetpack Compose is strongly preferred. ViewBinding familiarity is a plus but considered transitional.
8. Comfortable with ADB and Linux development environments.
9. Familiar with Firebase, Crashlytics, Google Analytics, and ANR analysis.

## AI Skills — Strongly Preferred

We prioritize candidates who actively use AI tools in their development practice:

1. AI-Assisted Development: Daily use of Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools to accelerate development and refactoring.
2. AI Agent Development: Experience designing or building AI Agent workflows — tool use, multi-step reasoning, or autonomous task execution.
3. LLM Integration: Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) into mobile or backend applications.
4. AI Workflow Platforms: Familiarity with n8n, LangChain, GoInsight.AI, or custom agent pipelines.
5. Prompt Engineering: Ability to write effective prompts and evaluate model outputs in real development scenarios.
6. Curiosity & Initiative: Proactively explores new AI tools, experiments independently, and shares findings with the team.

## Nice-to-Have

1. Experience with WebRTC or real-time streaming technologies.
2. Cross-platform application development experience.
3. Prior tech lead experience — architecture decisions, mentoring, and setting team direction.
4. Familiarity with enterprise Android device management or MDM ecosystems.
5. Experience building chat UI or real-time messaging interfaces (directly relevant to GoInsight.AI Android client).
