Responsibilities

• Build high-performance, scalable, reliable, and highly elastic messaging and streaming storage systems used by customers worldwide.
• Design and develop critical components in the data layer or control layer.
• Drive projects end to end, from technical research and design to implementation and production rollout.
• Analyze and improve the stability, performance, and availability of AutoMQ’s production clusters.
• Contribute to open-source projects and stay at the forefront of cloud-native technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building middleware, distributed systems, or data infrastructure in production environments.
• Strong programming and algorithmic skills, with solid proficiency in Java and extensive experience in distributed system design and development.
• Deep understanding of streaming or data systems such as Kafka, RocketMQ, or Flink.
• A strong passion for low-level systems, performance optimization, and high engineering quality, with a collaborative team mindset.
