We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other software engineers to deliver impactful products and services. The ideal candidate is a strong technical problem solver who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes ownership from design through production.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications and services.
Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.
Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and maintainable code.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with product, design, QA, DevOps, and other teams to deliver projects successfully.
Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and development processes.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support their technical growth.
Participate in technical planning, estimation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5-8+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or similar.
Strong understanding of software development principles, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
Experience developing APIs, backend services, web applications, or distributed systems.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of Git and modern software development practices.
Experience writing automated tests and maintaining production-quality code.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
Familiarity with system design and software architecture.
