Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work closely with customers or partners to understand their requirements, develop a prototype, and discuss potential technical solutions.
- Follow project schedule to plan, design, build and deploy solutions to meet clients’ needs
- Responsible for bug fixing, feature/module enhancements, and provide users with software support.
- Identify & optimize system architecture and solution design, under mentorship of senior software engineers.
- Follow development processes, maintain documentation and project artifacts, and continuously learn and share expertise.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related. Strong candidates with other applicable degree subjects will also be considered.
Work Experience:
- 4-5 years working experience within software development or technology consulting
- Good knowledge of current software development methodologies and languages
- Good understanding for company business procedures and workflows
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Customer Oriented
Good English skills (verbal and written)
