Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and the Spring Boot framework. Optimize database performance, manage data models, and ensure data integrity for complex applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and conducting thorough unit and integration testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver features from conception to deployment. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and architectural standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, ensuring system reliability and uptime. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a strong focus on Java and related ecosystems. Proven experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL) and No SQL databases (e.g., Mongo DB). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team setting. Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems is a plus.
