Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Manage and optimize database schemas and queries for performance and scalability (SQL and No SQL). Implement security and data protection best practices. Develop and maintain robust unit and integration tests. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality. Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making. Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime. Stay up-to-date with emerging backend technologies and industry trends. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 6 years of professional backend development experience. Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js). Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs. Expertise with relational databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL) and/or No SQL databases (e.g., Mongo DB, Cassandra). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture. Experience with message queues (e.g., Kafka, Rabbit MQ) is a plus. Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable. Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and data structures.
