The Senior Software Engineer - React JS and .NET Core - React JS and .NET Core role exists to design, develop, integrate, and support secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise web applications. The role enables reliable digital business processes by delivering reusable front-end components, robust backend services, seamless system integrations, and production-ready solutions aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities - Lead the design and development of responsive web applications using React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React Hooks, and Redux Toolkit or Context API.
- Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and asynchronous programming.
- Apply OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, Dependency Injection, middleware, logging, exception handling, authentication, and authorization to ensure maintainable and secure solutions.
- Integrate front-end applications with APIs, microservices, databases, and internal or third-party enterprise platforms while maintaining data integrity and performance.
- Ensure application quality through code reviews, unit and integration testing, performance optimization, security controls, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI, QA, architecture, DevOps, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver requirements within committed timelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Support CI/CD, version control, release management, production monitoring, and continuous improvement of application engineering practices.
- Selection of appropriate React and .NET Core design patterns, component structures, libraries, and coding approaches within approved architecture standards.
- Design of API contracts, integration approaches, validation, exception handling, caching, logging, and security mechanisms.
- Prioritization of development, defect resolution, technical debt, and production support activities based on business impact and delivery commitments.
- Determination of root cause fixes, performance improvements, refactoring needs, and appropriate testing coverage.
- Application of version control, branching, code review, CI/CD, deployment, and release-management practices.
- Escalation and coordination decisions for complex incidents, dependencies, risks, and third-party issues.
- Recommendation of relevant frameworks, tools, and engineering practices for continuous platform improvement.
- Delivering consistent user experience and performance across browsers, devices, and varying network conditions.
- Designing scalable React and .NET Core solutions while balancing rapid delivery, maintainability, security, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Integrating multiple internal and external systems while ensuring API reliability, data integrity, authentication, and error handling.
- Resolving complex production issues across UI, API, database, infrastructure, and third-party integration layers with minimal business disruption.
- Managing simultaneous enhancements, defects, technical debt, and release commitments across cross-functional teams.
- Keeping pace with changes in React, .NET, cloud, security, DevOps, and development practices while maintaining stable production services.

Skills and Knowledge
- Strong proficiency in React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React Hooks, reusable component design, and state management using Redux Toolkit or Context API.
- Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, asynchronous programming, and Dependency Injection.
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, common design patterns, clean coding, modular architecture, and testable development practices.
- Experience integrating React applications with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, OData, microservices, and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and Microsoft Entra ID integration is desirable.
- Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, data modelling, query optimization, and database performance fundamentals.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, debugging, code reviews, performance optimization, accessibility, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Application Insights is desirable.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for root cause analysis and resolution of issues across UI, API, database, and integration layers.
- Ability to create solution designs, API specifications, deployment procedures, support documentation, and knowledge articles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating with business, product, UX/UI, QA, architecture, DevOps, security, and external partners.
