Job Summary

BrandLink PH is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build enterprise-grade applications, contribute to system architecture, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Full Stack Development, Backend Development, API Development, Cloud Technologies, Microservices, and Agile Software Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web and enterprise applications.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Develop responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.

• Participate in system architecture, software design, and technical planning.

• Review code, conduct peer reviews, and mentor junior developers.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps teams.

• Implement automated testing and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong programming experience in one or more of the following:

  • Java

  • C#

  • Python

  • JavaScript

  • TypeScript

  • PHP

• Experience with modern frameworks such as:

  • React.js

  • Angular

  • Vue.js

  • Node.js

  • .NET

  • Spring Boot

  • Laravel

• Experience developing REST APIs and integrating third-party services.

• Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Git and collaborative version control workflows.

• Familiarity with software architecture, object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and clean code principles.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
