Senior Software Engineer C++ 3d Core Kernel - (m/f/d)

OPEN MIND Technologies Benelux B.V. seeks a Senior Software Engineer for our Bologna or Pesaro office. You will maintain and develop low-level mathematical algorithms in our geometric kernel, working with NURBS and multithreaded optimization to support customers in real-world machining tasks.

You will engage in computational geometry, differential geometry and numerical optimization with strong C++ skills, collaborating in an agile team. Italian and English at B2 level are expected.

Requirements Analysis: collaborate with a creative team to analyze requirements for CAD/CAM software development. Software Enhancement: improve existing modules and implement new features for better functionality and usability. Algorithm Design and Development: maintain and enhance core geometric kernel functionalities and design algorithms for the product. Agile Collaboration: work in an agile manner with product management and innovation teams, participating in sprints, reviews and retrospectives. Idea Contribution: share innovative ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions. Learn from the masters: join a highly skilled team with 20+ years of CAD/CAM experience.
