Complexio’s Foundational AI platform automates business processes by ingesting and understanding complete enterprise data—both structured and unstructured. Through proprietary models, knowledge graphs, and orchestration layers, Complexio maps human-computer interactions and autonomously executes complex workflows at scale.
Established as a joint venture between Hafnia and Símbolo—with partners including Marfin Management, C Transport Maritime, BW Epic Kosan, and Trans Sea Transport—Complexio is redefining enterprise productivity through context-aware, privacy-first automation.
The project focuses on enhancing business processes through the use of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies. It enables intelligent data handling and supports automated decision-making. Built with modern, high-performance solutions, it ensures efficiency, security, and scalability.
Qualifications
- 5+ yearsof experience insoftware development.
- Strong experience withPython.
- Experience withvanilla JavaScript.
- Experience withrelational databases(PostgreSQL) andKV stores(Redis).
- Experience incloud platform(Azure / AWS / GCP).
- Experience withCI/CD pipelinesand tools likeGitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding ofevent-driven systemsand distributed architectures.
- Experience with containerizationtools (Docker/ Podman) and orchestration platform (Kubernetes).
- English min B2.

- Experience withgraph databases(Neo4j) andvector databases(Milvus).
- Experience withNLP libraries and frameworks(spaCy / Transformers).
