Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Containers & Platform with 5+ years of experience building user-friendly, attractive, and high-performance web interfaces. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with React.js and/or Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and Node.js, along with experience integrating APIs and working closely with Product and UX teams. The role involves translating product requirements and Figma designs into accessible, responsive, and high-quality user experiences while following modern front-end development, testing, accessibility, and coding standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and/or Angular.
• Use React.js hooks, composition patterns, and state management approaches where applicable.
• Develop applications using TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
• Leverage Node.js for front-end tooling and integration where required.
• Build user-friendly, attractive, responsive, and performant web interfaces.
• Work with Figma designs as part of the developer handoff process.
• Interpret component specifications, auto-layout, constraints, variants, variables, and exported assets.
• Translate designs into pixel‑perfect and interaction‑accurate user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, Product Managers, and backend developers.
• Participate in feature scoping and estimation.
• Translate product requirements into high‑quality technical implementations.
• Deliver features that meet defined business and user requirements.
• Ensure applications are responsive and cross‑browser compatible.
• Follow web standards and modern front‑end development best practices.
• Build maintainable interfaces that provide consistent user experiences across supported platforms.
• Write clean, reusable, and well‑documented code.
• Follow agreed coding guidelines and development conventions.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Maintain high standards of code quality and maintainability.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Implement and manage authentication and authorization flows.
• Handle API errors and appropriate application error states.
• Implement optimistic updates where appropriate.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
• Maintain strong test coverage using:
• Jest
• React Testing Library
• Cypress and/or Playwright
• Support CI quality gates and ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards.
• Apply UI/UX principles throughout development.
• Follow WCAG 2.1+ accessibility standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with React.js and/or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3/SCSS.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience developing responsive and cross‑browser compatible web applications.
• Experience working with Figma designs and developer handoffs.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization flows.
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress/Playwright.
• Understanding and practical application of WCAG 2.1+ accessibility standards.
• Experience with clean, reusable, and well‑documented code.
• Experience participating in code reviews and collaborative development.
• Experience supporting CI quality gates.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
