Senior Software Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack to join our team building an AI-based platform that modernizes legacy systems. What You'll Do
Design, develop, test, and deploy innovative, scalable AI-enabled software solutions, primarily using Python, React, LLMs, and related modern frameworks
Collaborate proactively within your team and across departments, aligned with US Eastern working hours
Intelligently leverage modern AI-enabled coding tools (e.g., Cursor) to build better software, faster
Contribute to architectural discussions and help establish engineering best practices
Keep learning and stay on top of the latest AI developments, applying them to make the previously impossible possible for our customers
What You Bring
5+ years of professional software engineering experience building, iterating on, and scaling web-based applications
A strong drive to deliver valuable new capabilities every sprint, while helping build a stronger, continuously improving team
Excellent, proactive communication and collaboration skills in English
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
Fast, proactive learning ability - especially critical in the rapidly evolving AI space
