We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Napier, New Zealand. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems. You will work closely with our team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
