We're looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a venture fund and startup studio that identifies and builds new business opportunities using lean startup methodology, getting solutions into customers' hands fast.

Their latest venture sits in real estate and property, transforming how strata management teams work by streamlining processes, automating tasks and making communication effortless.

What You'll Do

• Design and scale cloud-native systems on AWS using infrastructure as code

• Develop across the full stack:

  • Front-end: React.js (JavaScript/TypeScript)

  • Back-end: Node.js, GraphQL APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL

• Build with large language models and generative AI, including Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI and vector databases

• Drive best practice DevOps including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and release processes

• Architect for scalability, high availability and performance

What You'll Bring

• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently

• Experience thriving in a startup environment where speed, adaptability and ownership matter

• A collaborative spirit, comfortable sharing the table rather than working with ego

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Power Automate

• Performance or load testing experience

• Exposure to mobile frameworks such as React Native, Ionic or PWA
