The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer - Embedded & Autonomous Systems to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about robotics, autonomous systems, embedded software, and real-time applications in a high-technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance C++ applications for embedded and autonomoussystems.
  • Integrate sensors, autopilot systems, and robotics middleware into complex platforms.
  • Develop autonomous navigation, planning, control, and sensor fusion algorithms.
  • Implement real-time communications using networking and middleware technologies.
  • Contribute to AI, machine learning, and computer vision capabilities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated operational solutions.
  • Participate in software architecture, code reviews, testing, and documentation activities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in embedded software and system development.
  • Strong expertise in C++ and real-time software engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2, MAVLink/MAVROS, PX4, Ardu Pilot, or similar autonomous systems.
  • Experience with sensor integration, distributed systems, and communication protocols.
  • Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision is an advantage.
  • Experience with Agile development, Git, CI/CD, JIRA, and Confluence.
