Senior Software Engineer – AI Solutions
Design, develop, and deliver enterprise‑grade AI solutions for leading organizations across banking, healthcare, and other industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Develop modern, responsive web applications and user interfaces.
- Build enterprise AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and workflow automation.
- Integrate applications with enterprise systems, databases, REST APIs, authentication platforms, and third‑party services.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software following engineering best practices.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design discussions, and technology evaluations.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimise, and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, and fellow Software Engineers.
- Continuously explore emerging technologies and contribute to improving engineering processes and product capabilities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience developing modern web applications using React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, object‑oriented programming, design patterns, and clean coding principles.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerised application development.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in Agile teams.
