About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning and Generative AI systems. You will also work on integrating AI functionalities into our existing platforms.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality machine learning and Generative AI systems.
  • Create solutions that utilize agentic and multi-agent architectures, including workflows for tool and function calling.
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that utilize enterprise data for output grounding.
  • Enhance prompt design, safety, and response quality through systematic testing and iteration.
  • Establish evaluation methods, metrics, and benchmarks to assess model and system performance.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into our current platforms to improve functionality and user experience.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on machine learning or AI.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and tools.
  • Experience in designing and implementing AI systems and workflows.
  • Familiarity with data integration and management practices.
