Gnapi Technologies is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in Bangalore to build, customize, and maintain GIS applications using ESRI technologies such as ArcObjects, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS API for JavaScript, integrating them with enterprise databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) within an Agile team.
A highly motivated GIS professional with strong ESRI development expertise, hands-on programming experience, and a solid understanding of software development best practices. The candidate should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and contributing to end-to-end application development.

Requirements
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience developing ESRI-based applications and solutions.
- Strong programming skills with ArcObjects SDK and Python.
- Experience with ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, and/or ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, or ArcGIS Runtime SDKs.
- Experience working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative team environments.
Good to Have:
- Experience in ETL processes and data migration projects.
- Exposure to the Telecom industry.
- Knowledge of GIS data management and integration best practices.
