Title and Summary
Senior Software Engineer F/TOverviewResponsible for the day-to-day software development efforts including requirements analysis, test planning, test execution assisting in delivery of software solutions.
Role.
• Work with functional analyst & solution architect to develop test strategy and carry out execution.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings and weekly tactical discussions. Collaborate with business and technical partners.
• Adhere to established software development processes.
• Effectively communicate to management, business owners, and other stake holders.
• Contribute to the overall strategy and manage complex issues within functional area of expertise.
About You
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or other Equivalent Technical Field and five (5) years of Progressive work experience in job offered or as a Software Engineer, or related.
• Qualifying experience must include at least four (4) years with each of the following: Testing web, API and batch applications; Test automation for web, API and batch applications; Java; Selenium; Agile software.

Pay Ranges
O'Fallon, Missouri: $115,000 - $184,000 USD
