Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to joinour dynamic team in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur or Indonesia, Batam.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of professionaldevelopment experience, with a strong background in Java andfull-stack development. The ability to communicate in English isessential. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotalrole in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutionsthat align with our company's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and definesoftware requirements.
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainablesoftware solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior developers in the team.
• Participate in architectural and design discussions.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emergingtechnologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and implementsoftware solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, ora related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional software developmentexperience.
• Strong proficiency in Java with a minimum of 4 years of hands-onexperience.
• 5 years of experience in full-stack development, covering bothfront-end and back-end technologies.
• Solid understanding of software design principles andarchitecture.
• Experience with web development frameworks such as Spring(Java).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese, orCantonese.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
