About the role Fin is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our multidisciplinary product teams. You will solve complex customer problems by building full-stack systems and collaborating with designers, researchers, and data analysts.

• Location: Dublin, Ireland
• Engagement: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you'll do

• Design technical plans and contribute to architecture as we scale to support tens of millions of daily users.
• Write Ruby code to integrate AWS, infrastructure, and SaaS technologies within our backend.
• Deploy code to production on your first day and release a feature within your first week.
• Utilize AI-powered developer tools to streamline workflows and reduce friction.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in the candidate interview process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as Ruby, Python, or Javascript.
• Proven history of collaborating with product teams and designers to deliver user value.
• Practical experience working with distributed systems.
