Dripos is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale one of the first comprehensive fintech platforms (payroll, banking, and accounting) for brick and mortar businesses. This is the perfect role for an engineer that’s passionate about fintech and wants to have an outsized business impact.
What you’ll do
Own large areas within our product
Create intuitive products for customers to manage the entirety of their financials
Lead architecture discussions for a complex and interconnected fintech system
Collaborate closely with the client-facing teams to transform ideas into an impactful product
Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers
What we’re looking for
3+ years of relevant experience is preferred
Desire to work in a very fast-paced environment
Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions
Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excited to join a dynamic, fully in-person team in New York City
