Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and technical specifications.
- Implement robust backend services and APIs, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.
- Develop engaging and intuitive user interfaces, focusing on user experience and accessibility.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in software development and Fin Tech.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Java Script/Type Script.
- Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Spring Boot,. NET Core).
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, No SQL) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in the financial services or Fin Tech industry is highly advantageous.
