Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter development, experience building cross-platform applications, and a solid understanding of state management, Firebase services, and REST API integrations. The role requires collaboration with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver scalable and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile and web applications using Flutter and Ionic.
• Build scalable and maintainable Flutter applications using BLoC and GetX state management.
• Develop cross-platform applications for Android, iOS, and Web.
• Integrate Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Notifications.
• Implement Google Login and other social authentication mechanisms.
• Handle routing, navigation, and application lifecycle management effectively.
• Work with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers and UI/UX teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices and development standards.
• Take ownership of assigned modules and ensure timely delivery of features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Flutter development (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with state management frameworks such as BLoC and GetX.
• Experience developing applications using Ionic (Angular or React-based frameworks).
• Solid understanding of Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, and Push Notifications.
• Experience implementing Google Login / Social Authentication.
• Strong knowledge of routing and navigation in mobile and web applications.
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON-based services.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and take ownership of development modules.
• Working knowledge of React will be considered an added advantage.

Nice to Have (Added Advantage)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of application deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Exposure to backend development (Node.js or similar technologies).
• Understanding of application performance optimization and security best practices.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
