Duties

• Scoped work using AI frameworks
• Manage context to lower AI Slops
• Ensure Quality & Security
• Full-stack apps, applying BMAD, SDD, Arch. & Design Patterns with Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code
• Managing a team of 5 to 7 engineers.

Requirements:

• React with Java or Spring Boot
• Expertise in Software Architecture
• Follow Design Patterns
• Strong Debugging Skills
• Write precise, structured specs
• Strong in paradigms & principles
• Software Techniques over tools
• AWS Cloud knowledge is nice to have
