- Define and execute the software engineering strategy for full-stack apps in line with business roadmaps
- Mentor and lead software engineering teams to cultivate innovation and excellence
- Oversee architecture, design, and delivery of Java/React/Python applications ensuring scalability and maintainability
- Lead data migration initiatives ensuring smooth transitions
- Contribute to tooling, standards, and agile delivery practices across the engineering function
- Manage multiple concurrent projects to meet scope and timelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software delivery
- Establish and measure metrics for engineering quality, operations, and agility
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience with Java, React, and Python
- Track record delivering large-scale, high-performance applications
- Strong data migrations experience and relational database design
- Extensive PostgreSQL and RTDMS experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
