Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack Development

Core Responsibilities :

- Design and build software solutions with product owners to meet business needs.

- Manage product backlogs and prioritize development tasks.

- Participate in sprint and release planning activities.

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality code.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.

- Support deployments and optimize performance.

- Build full-stack applications across services, APIs, and infrastructure.

- Collaborate with analysts and vendors during testing phases.

- Engage stakeholders to understand business processes.

- Write unit tests to ensure software reliability.

- Support critical issue resolution outside standard hours when needed.

- Coordinate cross-team efforts to meet delivery goals.

- Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise.

Experience, Education & Certifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or IT.

- 7+ years of software development experience.

- Experience in the investment industry is a plus.

Technical Skills :

- Languages : Python, Django, TypeScript, Node.js.

- Frontend : React, Next.js.

- Databases : Oracle, PostgreSQL.

- Infrastructure & Tools : AWS, RESTful APIs, Agile, DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, GitLab.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
