As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of robust, full-stack web applications that serve as the backbone for our client's digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to translate complex business requirements into high-performance code. Your work will directly influence the scalability and user experience of platforms used by thousands of daily active users, ensuring that our technical solutions remain both reliable and future-proof.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using Python and React.js to ensure high availability and seamless user interaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and technical specifications that align with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality and engineering best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex bottlenecks to improve system responsiveness for end-users.
- Integrate third-party APIs and microservices to enhance platform functionality and support evolving business needs.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade applications using Python and React.js, with a deep understanding of modern framework architectures.
- Proven ability to design and manage relational and non-relational databases to support high-traffic web environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment based in Bangalore.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 6 to 9 years of hands-on software development experience.
