Salary Range: $120,164.59 – $158,617.26 per year

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise healthcare technology platforms. This is a hands-on, full-stack development role involving both React.js front-end development and C#/.NET back-end services.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft technologies, Azure cloud services, REST APIs, and NoSQL databases, along with practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools to improve software development efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js and C#/.NET.
• Re-engineer and modernize legacy applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrate multiple data sources.
• Develop and support cloud-based solutions using Azure services, including Azure API Apps, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools, LLMs, code generation, and workflow automation to improve development productivity.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Develop and execute automated unit, system, and regression tests using NUnit.
• Participate in peer code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions.
• Follow Agile and DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Apply DevSecOps principles and ensure application security and data integrity.
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow applicable security, privacy, HIPAA, and PCI compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in object-oriented software development and maintenance.
• Strong full-stack development experience with React.js and C#/.NET.
• Proficiency in .NET Core and Razor Pages.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including:
• Azure API Apps
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Functions
• Strong experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases, particularly Azure Cosmos DB.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools, LLM-based developer tools, code generation, and workflow automation.
• Experience writing automated tests using NUnit.
• Understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure software development practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• One or more Microsoft Solutions certifications required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Data Factory.
• Knowledge of release management, deployment processes, and release-level management.
• Microsoft certification in Solutions Architecture.
• Experience working with healthcare technology platforms.
