Summary
Senior full-stack engineer who architects internal systems and owns portfolio management and asset transfer tools for trading/business teams. Day to day is building production-ready software with Python, Ruby on Rails, or NodeJS on the backend and AngularJS/React on the frontend, backed by MySQL and AWS.
Responsibilities:
- Architecting and developing new systems and design intuitive interfaces for internal users
- Owning and improving portfolio management and asset transfer tools
- Working with stakeholders on the trading and business teams to identify needs
Qualifications:
- Exceptional at writing production-ready code
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with one or more of the following languages: Python, Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, AngularJS, React
- Deep understanding of MySQL databases, JSON APIs, Javascript
- Excited to tackle hard problems
- 2+ years of full stack engineering work experience
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience at a start-up or a company in a growth phase
- Experience working with huge data sets
- Experience with AWS, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Bash Scripting
