Senior Software Engineer – Functional Safety & Cybersecurity (Hybrid)

POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Senior Software Engineer, Electrification, at Mobis Technical Center America in Plymouth, Michigan, you will be part of a global development team supporting software application deliveries for North American OEM customers. Products include Battery Management Systems (BMS), On-Board Chargers (OBC), DC-DC Converters, Traction Inverters, and other electrification systems.

This role serves as a key customer-facing technical interface responsible for coordinating and monitoring software development activities, ensuring alignment with Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434) requirements, and driving successful program execution. The position requires close collaboration with customers, global engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project milestones, compliance deliverables, and customer expectations are achieved. The position may require up to 20% domestic and international travel.
