About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer (LLM & AI Agents) who can lead a development team while remaining hands-on in building scalable software and AI-powered solutions.

You will work on LLM applications, AI agents, automation, APIs, business systems, and system integrations that support real-world business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage junior to mid-level developers.
• Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices.
• Design and develop scalable web applications, APIs, backend services, and internal tools.
• Build and integrate LLM-powered applications, AI agents, RAG solutions, and automation workflows.
• Use Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and development workflows.
• Integrate third-party systems such as e-commerce, POS, payment, inventory, logistics, and other business platforms.
• Improve system architecture, database performance, security, and application reliability.
• Support Git, CI/CD, cloud deployments, troubleshooting, and production systems.
• Take ownership of project delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably full-stack or backend.
• Proven experience leading or managing software developers.
• Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications, LLM integrations, RAG, or AI automation.
• Strong knowledge of AI prompting and AI coding assistants.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Claude Code, including agentic terminal workflows, MCP, and/or custom Claude Skills.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, system design, OOP, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience with Git, testing, debugging, CI/CD, and production support.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project ownership skills.

Frontend: React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar
AI/ML: LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, Vector Databases
Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server
Cloud: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
DevOps: Docker, Linux, CI/CD
Systems: ERP, POS, e-commerce, inventory, warehouse, or retail systems
