Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) industry to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has strong software development experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of financial systems and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions based on business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
Participate in solution design and system architecture discussions.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Support production issues and drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of software development experience.
Experience working in a Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or FinTech environment is highly preferred.
Proficiency in one or more of the following: Java, Spring Boot, .NET/C#, SQL, REST APIs, or Microservices.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and Git.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Exposure to Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Loans, or Insurance systems.
