Getnet Platforms is part of Santander Payment Solutions and brings together a set of key platforms within Santander’s global payments technology ecosystem. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and maintain applications using Java and Quarkus, following architecturalstandards and software engineering best practices;
• Work on building and evolving distributed systems with high availability andperformance;
• Write automated tests (unit, integration, and contract) as afundamental part of the development cycle;
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to the quality, maintainability, andcontinuous improvement of applications;
• Collaborate on identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues and incidentsrelated to the applications;
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and asynchronous integrations using Kafka orequivalent technologies;
• Work closely with the Product Owner, Architecture team, and other departments tobuild scalable solutions aligned with business needs;
• Support the evolution of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices;
• Contribute to application observability through logs, metrics, andmonitoring;
• Participate in initiatives for technological modernization, continuous improvement, and reduction oftechnical debt;
• Share technical knowledge and support the development of otherteam members.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proficiency in software development using Java and modern frameworkssuch as Quarkus or Spring Boot;
• Knowledge of developing and consuming RESTful APIs;
• Knowledge of messaging and asynchronous communication using Kafka orequivalent technologies;
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB,and Redis;
• Knowledge of automated testing, including unit and integration testing;
• Knowledge of code versioning using Git and collaborativedevelopment workflows;
• Experience with AWS cloud environments and container-based platforms (Docker andKubernetes);
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, orequivalent tools;
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and application security usingOAuth2, JWT, or equivalent mechanisms;
• Ability to work independently in building, maintaining, and evolvingenterprise applications;
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and integration betweendistributed systems.
• Knowledge of card issuance systems, payment methods, orbanking platforms;
• Knowledge of GraphQL;
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures;
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, andmodern development patterns;
• Knowledge of observability and application monitoring;
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm);
• Certifications related to cloud computing, especially AWS;
• Participation in technical communities or open-source projects.
