We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a global technology organisation that is pushing the boundaries in data-driven marketing and analytics. Based in Malaysia, you will be the first engineer on the ground with trusted ownership. Your toolkit? H2O.ai libraries and Java basics. But more importantly is your curiosity, problem‑solving mindset and the drive to make an impact. You will be working on projects by applying machine learning to solve real-world challenges which would touch millions of users worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build and improve internal APIs that support privacy‑first data application
- Integrate and maintain H2O.ai models in production which ensures the reliability and scalability (no model building required)
- Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines for seamless machine learning
- Collaborate with US counterparts as well as global teams to deliver effective solutions
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in software engineering with strong coding skills (Java basics required)
- Familiar with H2O.ai libraries and machine learning model integration
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset in managing data workflows
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management across regions
