HIRING | Senior Software Engineer – C#/.NET OR Java
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong C#/.NET OR Java experience to join a team working on enterprise-scale financial systems supporting post-trade affirmation, confirmation, and real-time message processing.
If you come from a banking, capital markets, trading, or financial technology environment and enjoy working on complex backend systems, this could be a great opportunity.
What you'll work on:
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level backend applications
- Build message consumption, transformation, and publishing capabilities
- Work with real-time data and financial messaging
- Investigate and resolve production issues as part of L3 support
- Collaborate with Architecture and DevOps teams
- Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies
- Contribute to code quality through testing and code reviews
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with global teams
We're looking for:
- Strong experience in C#/.NET OR Java
- Solid server-side/backend development experience
- Background in banking, financial services, capital markets, or trading
- Experience with messaging, data processing, or system integrations
- Strong XML and SQL experience
- Exposure to cloud and CI/CD environments is a plus
- Experience with post-trade, trade confirmation, affirmation, STP, or clearing is highly advantageous
